How does the 1% platform fee work?

On the Founder Plan, a 1% platform fee is applied to all bookings processed through Stripe Connect. The fee is deducted automatically before the payout reaches your account. It funds the shared infrastructure that powers the platform. Upgrade to the Growth Plan and the platform fee drops to 0% on everything.

Do I need my own Stripe account?

Yes. Co-Desk uses Stripe Connect to process payments, which means you need a Stripe account to receive payouts. During onboarding, you'll be guided through connecting your Stripe account. It takes about five minutes. This ensures that your revenue goes directly to you, with full transparency on every transaction.

Can I upgrade later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade from the Founder Plan to the Growth Plan at any time from your dashboard. When you upgrade, we pro-rate the remaining days on your current billing cycle and apply the difference to your new plan. There is no downtime and your data, members, and bookings carry over seamlessly.

What happens if I go over 20 desks on the Founder Plan?

You'll be notified when you're approaching the limit. If you need more than 20 desks or more meeting rooms and offices, upgrading to the Growth Plan is seamless. It supports unlimited resources across multiple locations. There's no hard cut-off, just a smooth transition when the time is right.
